This policy explains what data the site odeplot.com (ODEPLOT) processes. ODEPLOT is an educational tool for visualizing differential equations.

Controller

What we do not collect ourselves

Fields, curves and presets are computed in your browser. Formulas, canvas clicks and parameters are not sent to our server and are not stored in our cloud.

Local data (localStorage)

We use localStorage on your device only: language, theme, curve palette, recent formulas, and this notice. Those records are not sent to us automatically.

Advertising and region

Ads fund hosting. The server maps your IP to a country: Yandex (YAN) in CIS countries, Google AdSense elsewhere. Only one network fills a given slot per impression. Partners may process IP, device identifiers and cookies under their own policies. See the cookie policy.

Hosting logs

Like any website, the server may briefly log IP address, page URL and browser type to operate and protect the service.

Your choices

You can clear localStorage and cookies in the browser, block third-party cookies, or use ad-limiting tools. The visualizer still works; saved settings and ads may change.
